We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. Any quality issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
