Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is available at the specified delivery address during the scheduled delivery window. In the absence of the recipient, the order may be left with a neighbor or at a secure location, and the delivery will be considered fulfilled.

Cupidgardens will send a confirmation email upon successful delivery. If any issues arise during delivery, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to resolve the situation.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to recipient unavailability or inaccurate address information, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Cupidgardens reserves the right to limit or refuse deliveries to certain locations. Customers will be notified if their delivery address falls under any such restrictions.
